STARK LIES

LIE; "Marty, I in NO WAY mentioned anything about Max. Once again, you lie and twist the truth. I simply mentioned the copyrighted images *you* stole.

You consistently mention the plural "images", when only one image came from your site. The source image in question was never stolen, you distributed it on the internet publically and without charge. Your emails and comments in this guest book contained numerous hints and threats of record label involvement and record label legal action. The label wouldn't sue over something from your site. Your complaints to my ISP refered to images of your "clients" hosted by my site. You made no effort to clarify to my ISP you weren't talking about the Max Rebo Picture Show, and those are the only images they had a concern about. And you are still ignoring my request to post your emails to my ISP here. LIE; "I deleted REPEAT threads on the SAME TOPIC, and told the posters to use the threads that already existed." (threads about the secret forum)

You deleted the Original Thread. Then there were no threads about it. Then another Thread was started, and soon that was deleted also. You didnt delete multiples of the same thread, you tried to stop the one thread everytime it appeared and only let peripheral threads started by your lackey stay up. And all this on the "un-moderated" general forum chat. LIE; "You were banned for repeated spamming of the same posts over and over in the SUg.Box, an on-topic,. moderated area. You were told exactly that, and that was also posted under your last post... and you know it. So does everyone who saw it."

I have never spammed the suggestion forum, and my last post was one making fun of Zombie for deleting himself. (I also had nothing to do with him deleting himself, and didnt post on the subject till after it happened). You yourself in a thread where it was asked why i was banned along with the people who teased Zombie into deleting himself suggested it was because of some private messages I had sent you, and you even reposted 2 of them in your post to prove your point. Not only was it dishonest of you to post my private messages publically, but it was deceitful to of omited the second one which contained the most damaging points against you. And you did all this at a time when you were also preventing me from posting so I'd be unable to respond at all. I was NEVER given any notice from you as to why my account was locked, and your posts in my guest books have been your only attempts to communicate with me at all since you locked my account. LIE; "You realize that the big players in this know you're lying, right? I know, because we've discussed it already. "

So whose names were you attempting to drop with that comment? Manson? His Management? According to the big players I've talked to, Manson doesn't have a problem with anything thats on my site. If you are gonna make claims about "Big Players" calling me a liar, have the balls to name them and back up your claims. The discussions Ive had with the big players suggest they don't see this as anything but something between me and you. Stop trying to bluff your way into making people think there is someone more important backing up your stupid ass when its just you and your cyber buddys. LIE; "So you're denying that you said you were going to come to the art show and tell Manson about me in person? "

I never had plans to go to the art show, nor any plans or desire to discuss you with Manson even if i was there. I have far more interesting and worthwhile things to discuss with Manson. I have ways of getting in touch with Manson if i really needed to anyway, other then annoying him at a public promotional event. I decided not to bother with the art show because it seemed foolish to spend over $500 on airfare just to wait in line for a minute with Manson and an autograph. I already have plenty of autographed items from Manson, including one signed as "Brian Warner" as well as having had chances to meet him in person before in his hotel, on his tour bus and at seven after show partys.You can also be sure I won't be the first to mention your name to Manson the next time I see him, unless I need to help induce vomiting. Sorry, but my interest in Manson doesn't revolve around you no matter how much you try to turn the Manson BBS into the Stark BBS.

There is a copy of the quote of yours i used and editorialized on my PAST STARK THOUGHTS OF THE DAY page. It is the eighth thought down and starts off with ""You people are fucking astounding. I've never seen a more judgemental group of misfits, fat fucks...." etc. Here is a screenshot of your original post;SCREENSHOT I can't find anything I left out, nor find any details I got wrong.

I have provided them with evidence to back up my claims against you, and the general consensus there is that we both are acting childish. You seem to think you can just bluff and lie about what the people above you think about all of this just because they don't have the time or care enough to get involved. As for them thinking I am nuts, that has probably more to do with me following the tour in the Starsuckers Limo or the article I wrote in Pop Smear Magazine or the incident with the singer Madonnas niece or my old website or one of a dozen other reasons that goes back to the days I first saw them opening up for NIN on tour. Any opinions by them or you as to my mental health has nothing to do with your outright lies i have provided clear factual evidence against here. Maybe you should start calling me a witch next, and suggest they will burn me at the stake.





Well I hope you have enjoyed some of the lies Stark has made and my response here to them. Hopefully he will be leaving some more in my guest book soon for me to rebuke.
